When you trust us with your purchase of God's Fingerprint paintings, we don't take that responsibility lightly. Your order is always backed by a 14-day money- back guarantee, which means we'll pay you back if you're not satisfied! Contact us and we'll remake the product or return your money. 

Returns

While we always hope you enjoy our God's Fingerprint artwork, we also understand that sometimes things happen that require people to return items. Here's everything you need to know about returning this poster art to us:

We only accept returns in their original packaging. Please surely return the items in the same condition as when you received it.
14-Day Money Back Guarantee: Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. After that, we won’t be able to offer you a refund or remake your item.
Proof of purchase needed. The easiest way - Print out your email receipt and include it with your return.
You will take responsibility for covering the cost of your return.

All returns must be shipped to our factory address as requested.

    Cancellations

    We strive to print God's Fingerprint posters for you as quickly as possible without making you wait. This means that if you want to cancel your order, you need to let us know as soon as possible. This way, we can stop the printing process before it’s too late. Please email us at support@thegodsfingerprints.com and let us know the reason for the cancellation, and stop your order. If your order is ready for delivery or is partially completed by the time we receive your cancellation request, we may not be able to cancel it.

    Refunds

    Once we receive your returned item, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed through your original payment method, which may take a few days.
    We can only issue partial refunds for items that are no longer in their original condition.
    Fees for expedited shipping options are non-refundable.
    If 7-15 days have passed since your refund was approved and you still haven’t received it, please check with your credit card company and bank. They may provide additional information on why your refund has not yet been processed. If they are unable to assist, please contact us at support@thegodsfingerprints.com and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

    Damaged Goods

    Accidents can occasionally happen even though we strive to ensure your goods are safe during shipping. If you receive a damaged print during shipping, we can remake it. Here’s what you need to do:

    • Notify us immediately upon receipt of the package. You will have 48 hours to report any damage. The sooner you check the condition of the God's Fingerprints artwork, the higher the chance we can assist you if there are any issues.
    • Provide us with information about the extent of the damage to the print when it was delivered to you. We need to assess the condition of your item and see photos/videos of the packing materials and shipping container. You can send photos to us via email.
    • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will assist you as soon as we receive the detailed information.

    Missing Package

    The first thing you should do is check the delivery status online if your "God's Fingerprint" print does not arrive on the expected delivery date. You can enter the tracking number here to see if your item is still in transit. If tracking shows that your package has been delivered, check with your neighbors, mailbox or around your home and ensure it was not delivered to the wrong address.

    If there is no possibility of delayed delivery or misdelivery, email us at support@thegodsfingerprints.com within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We may be able to locate your package or print & send you another fingerprint copy.

    Remake

    We can print and resend a new print to you if there is an issue with the print you received. Send us a picture of the product at support@thegodsfingerprints.com and let us know what happened to the print. Once we receive your request, we will email you to let you know if we can send you a new print.
    As all of our God' Fingerprint products are so meticulously designed, we only print them when an order is placed to ensure the highest quality.
