We will always ensure you are 100% happy with your artwork before we print and ship to you. This means that when you place an order, we begin producing the item according to the size, color. We have to finalize and check the quality of the print, the working condition of the frame, the brightness of the light before sending it to you. Delivery time also depends on your location. It may take longer than expected if there are any problems or additional requests from you.

Shipping Time: Once your order is shipped, the estimated delivery time is 7-15 business days

Shipping Fee: Shipping fee at Checkout depends on the size, weight of the product and your shipping address.

Free Shipping: We offer free shipping for all orders over $100 (for orders of "God's Fingerprint" with frame or combo purchase of 2 or more "God's Fingerprint" artworks), we also offer free shipping when there are promotions during the holidays as Christmas, New Year. Our shipping services may change from time to time, so check back with us regularly to get the best deals.

Tracking Number: After the package is shipped, we will send you a tracking number via email, you can track the status of your order, avoid lost or misplaced.

Worldwide Shipping Available: We ship worldwide, but shipping rates and fees may vary depending on your country or region.

HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

Placing an order is simple! Just visit our store and select the product you wish to purchase. Follow the prompts to choose your preferred size and color. Once you're satisfied with your selection, proceed to place your order, and we'll handle the rest.

ABOUT “GOD’S FINGERPRINT”

1. Will the image of God in the poster fade over time?

No, it won't. We use modern printing technology, the poster is printed on coated paper to limit fading. As long as it is not exposed to water or excessive humidity for a long time, the image will remain vivid and intact.

2. Will the text on the poster fade or blur with time?

Absolutely not. Like the image of God, the text is printed using high-quality technology and the poster is printed on coated paper to limit fading. You can rest assured that the text will not smudge or fade during normal use.

1. Where do you deliver?

We ship to most countries worldwide, and we have satisfied customers in over 50 countries. Simply place your order, and we will ensure it reaches your location.

2. What are the shipping costs?

We offer free shipping on orders over $100, with priority given to framed prints (Shipping price policy may change from time to time). For other orders, shipping fees vary depending on your location and the number of items ordered.

3. How long does shipping take?

Our standard delivery time is approximately 7-15 days from the date of your order. However, this may vary based on your location or potential delays during shipping. We will do our best to ensure prompt delivery.

4. Can I track my order?

ORDERS

1. Can I change my order after placing it?

If you need to amend your order, please contact us as soon as possible via support@thegodsfingerprints.com within 24 hours of placing your order. Unfortunately, once your items have been shipped, we are unable to make any changes as we always strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

2. Can I change the text color on the poster?

Our posters are available in three stunning color editions (Text On Background): White on Black, Black on White, and Gold on Black, perfectly complemented by a Premium illuminated frame. We do not offer custom text color changes at this time.

3. Are posters safe during shipping?

Absolutely. We take great care in packaging each order securely to minimize the risk of damage during shipping. However, if your poster arrives damaged, please contact us at support@thegodsfingerprints.com, and we will resolve the issue as soon as possible.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

1. What is your return policy?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy for any reason, please reach out to us, and we will make it right. Visit the "Return and Refund" section of our website for more details.

2. What if my poster is damaged upon arrival?

In rare cases of damage during shipping, we will happily replace or refund the item. Here’s what to do:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of receiving the package.
  • Provide details about the damage, including photos or videos of the packing materials and shipping container to support@thegodsfingerprints.com.
  • After that, we will assist you promptly.

3. What if my order is lost?

If your order is lost in transit, we will send you a replacement at no extra charge, or issue a refund (visit the Return and Refund section of our website for more details). Please use the tracking number we provided to check the status of your order at “Track Order ”. If you notice an issue, contact us right away so we can resolve it.

Can you create custom artwork?

We are honored by your interest in our work, but we are not currently accepting custom orders. However, this service may be offered in the future, so stay tuned by checking our website for updates.
